The Wine Estate
Located in the Oironnais region, on the borders of the Deux-Sèvres, Maine-et-Loire and Vienne departments, Domaine des Venelles extends over 7 hectares of vines and offers you organic Anjou and Vin du Thouarsais appellation wines.
Wine has been at the heart of our Gigon family’s history for five generations, with a shared passion for growing vines, enhancing our terroir and sharing our local and family heritage.
Our vineyards are planted with a variety of grape varieties typical of the Loire Valley: Chenin, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Grolleau.

The variety of grape varieties represented in our historically wine-growing region means we can offer you a rich array of wines, from Chenin Blanc Sec to Cabernet Franc Rouge, not forgetting the Méthode Traditionnelle Rosé.
