Rouge Breton is a fruity red wine with supple tannins, made from Cabernet Franc and a few Cabernet Sauvignon mushrooms.
Maceration for 15 days in concrete vats then aged for 9 months in concrete vats, it thus retains all the authenticity and freshness of the fruit, while developing an elegant structure.
With its subtle aromas and silky texture, this wine pairs perfectly with meats and cheeses, offering a flavorful balance for character-rich pairings.
